Non-Reunion-Year Alumni

Non-Reunion Year alumni - this includes any alumni who choose not to register with their class or association - can pre-register online or during Reunion weekend at the Reunion Information Center, newly located in the Tsai Family Atrium in the Statler Hotel School off of East Avenue from:

  • 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday
  • 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday
  • 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday

After these hours, Non-Reunion Year alumni should go to Alumni Affairs Headquarters, now located in the Tatkon Center at Balch Hall on North Campus. Buttons can also be purchased at Goldwin Smith Hall on Friday and Saturday evenings from 9 p.m. – 12 a.m.. A flat fee of $50 per university button allows registrants access to the Reunion shuttle bus, all non-ticketed university events, the Arts Quad tent parties, and to receive a copy of the Reunion schedule. You must come in person to get your university Reunion button either from the Reunion Information Center at Statler Hall, or Alumni Affairs Headquarters located in the Tatkon Center at Balch Hall or Goldwin Smith Hall. We cannot sell groups of buttons to a single individual. Please note: if you plan stay at Non-Reunion Year housing, you must check-in at Sheldon Court to purchase a button nand room assignment.

The university Reunion button does not provide access to class or association events.

NRY Alumni who are planning to stay in campus housing during the weekend are encouraged to pre-register online. You must check-in at Sheldon Court to purchase a button nand room assignment.
