2002 Holiday Party & Silent Auction

Annual Holiday Party & Silent Auction Information

The Cornell Club of Hawai'i and Cornell Hotel Society Hawai‘i Chapter host an annual Holiday Party that includes a gift exchange and a silent auction. Cornellians from around the islands (and on route to various destinations in the continental U.S. and abroad) participate in the event. The event this year was a tremendous success and was held on Friday, December 13, 2002 at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Hotel from 6:00 to 8:30pm and included no-host cocktails, providing alumni, family and friends with an opportunity to catch up with one another and introduce themselves to newcomers, a lovely buffet dinner, the excitement of the gift exchange and a silent auction with an array of Cornell memorabilla and donated items to bid on. Additionally, Peter Lee '63, the Director of the Western Regional Office for CU Alumni Affairs and Development graced the club with his presence and provided alumni with a much needed update on Cornell University and alumni activities.

Below are some photos from the event.
