About Our Club
Welcome to the Cornell Club of Fairfield County. We are an alumni group dedicated to serving the needs of Cornell University alumni, family, and friends of all ages in the southwestern Connecticut area. Cornellians in Fairfield County are involved in many aspects of the club's activities. We have a diverse group, representing a wide range of ages, interests and professions.
What we do
Our club sponsors many activities during the year. They range
from informal social gatherings, such as Happy Hours, to sports
various sports outings, to faculty speakers. Our most popular event
is the Yale-Cornell hockey game, where we reserve block seating for
130 people.
But we also take on several functions to help the University and
today's students. Approximately 70% of all Cornell undergraduates
receive some form of financial assistance.
Join us!
- There are currently over 2400 Cornell graduates living in Fairfield County.
- Club officers work hard to provide a diversified program which will appeal to members of all ages and interests.
- Review our past, current, and future activities, and consider how we might provide a broad range of activities available to an even wider range of Cornellians.
