Board of Governors Meetings The monthly meetings of the Board are held at Board members' homes starting at 7:45 p.m. and are open to all Club members. Book Awards Each year the club awards a book to an outstanding junior at local high schools; the last book award issued was The Elements of Style by the late Cornell professor William Strunk and noted author E. B. White '21. If you are interested in presenting a book award to a junior chosen by the high school, please contact Ginny Panzer-Wiener '55 at 973-467-3495 or ginnypw@aol.com. Cornell Alumni Magazine The Club will forward your name to the magazine; they'll start sending it to you and bill you directly for the $30 one-year subscription. It's a great way to stay up to date with what's happening on the Hill, and wherever else Cornellians are making a difference! IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CLUB MAILINGS AND E-MAIL Please provide your e-mail address as part of your membership information. It will only be used for Club business. However, the Club now uses e-mail as the preferred method for distributing announcements about upcoming events and activities - it's faster and cheaper! If you don't have e-mail, regular mail (postal) delivery will be used, but information may be slower in reaching you. |
