Freshman Sendoff, August 2001
Over 30 alumni and current students joined to welcome 13 members of the class of 2005 at the annual Freshman Sendoff. Incoming Frosh and their families received some much needed advice on everything from "what kind of boots should I buy?" to "should I Co-op?" BBQ was courtesy of Hotelie and Programs Coordinator, Tony Romano '95. New students also parted with their first Cornell coffee mug compliments of CAAA. Good luck to all the new members of the Cornell Atlanta family!

Cornell Polo, September 2001
For those of you who missed it, over 160 alumni and families from schools including Cornell, Colgate, Yale, Princeton, and Penn, gathered at Chukkar Farms in Alpharetta to watch as Cornell beat Yale to take home the "Crystal Trophy" for the winning team. The Best Picnic Display went to our very own Liz and Rick Woroniecki '73 for the second year in a row! Special thanks to Frank Goldman '87 for helping to organize this fantastic event. Make plans to join in the fun next year!

Holiday Party, December 2001
The CAAA Holiday luncheon was a great success this year! Almost 40 members gathered at the beautiful home of our hosts, Michael ('74) and Anne Juergensen in Roswell. Many thanks to Michael and Anne for opening up their home for us. Our delicious lunch, including some absolutely yummy desserts, was catered by fellow alumnus Tony Lewis' restaurant, Centanni. CAAA also collected bears and other toys which will be donated to Scottish Rite and Egleston Hospitals to children who will be hospitalized over the holidays. Thank you to all who donated these items, they are greatly appreciated!
