Reunion Weekend Highlights
Introduction
Dear Cornell '94 Classmates,
It is time to register for our 15th Reunion!
Make plans now to join us
June 4-7 for a fantastic weekend in Ithaca! Join your classmates for a weekend full of class festivities, athletic activities, and university events. There also will be ample opportunity to hang out at your favorite campus and Ithaca-area hot spots, catch up with old friends, and make some new friends, too.
The cost for joining us will depend on the package you select and how many nights you will be staying. Reunion can be an all-inclusive weekend vacation or a day trip! We've made sure that the activities for the weekend are particularly family-friendly, but whether you're bringing the kids or coming on your own, there's something for everyone. To take advantage of the special, early-bird discount rates, your payment must be postmarked or submitted online by midnight EDT on May 5.
There won't be another Class of 1994 Reunion for five more years, so don't miss out on what promises to be an exciting and memorable weekend. CU there!

To qualify for the early-bird rate, registration must be submitted online or postmarked by midnight EDT on May 5.
These packages include all class and most university events, including the following:

This button must be worn at all times to gain access to the shuttle buses, university events, and class events.
Your registration fee does
not cover the following:
Housing, items marked "optional" on the registration form, the university Youth Program, some athletic events, and certain ticketed university events.
For details on our children's packages, please review our class registration form. Be sure to consider if your child will be participating in the Youth Program before you choose a package. Selecting "IN University Youth Program" on the class registration form does not register your child for the university Youth Program. Registration and fees for that program are separate . To receive prompt confirmation, you are strongly encouraged to register for the Youth Program online at
www.alumni.cornell.edu/reunion.
We encourage you to register securely online at:
www.alumni.cornell.edu/reunion
It makes the process easier and faster for you and our registration chair. If you register by mail you will receive a confirmation within two weeks that contains all of your registration choices and other class-specific details.

Campus Headquarters and Housing
Class headquarters and housing will be located on North Campus in Robert Purcell Community Center (Student Union) and High Rise 1.
Housing fees are separate from the class packages and are set by the university. The cost is $49 per adult per night or $118.50 per adult for the entire weekend (a savings of $28.50!). For children 12 and under sleeping in a bed, the fee is $27 per night or $54 for the weekend (a savings of $27!). There is no charge for children if you bring a portable crib, infl atable mattress, or sleeping bag to use in your room. Cots will not be provided. Rooms are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and clothes hangers (radios, irons, hair dryers, and clocks are NOT provided). A daily towel exchange will be provided, but there is no maid service. Pets (other than guide dogs) are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted in Cornell dormitories or other buildings. Check-in begins at noon on Thursday, and check-out is on Sunday by noon.
Pre-assignment of specific rooms is not possible. Room assignments are made on a fi rst-in-Ithaca basis. However, you may ask to room near someone when you check in, and Campus Life will make every effort to accommodate your request. We encourage classmates with special needs to attend Reunion. If you have a special housing need (near an elevator, handicapped-accessible bathroom, etc.), be sure to note your special needs on the registration form and return it no later than May 22 so that Campus Life can accommodate you.
Cornell Information Technologies offers the use of broadband Internet service in the dorm rooms at no charge. Before you arrive on campus, make sure your computer is current with the latest system and antivirus defi nition updates. Limited wireless guest access may also be available in some campus areas.
Note that if you prefer not to register with our class, you will not be permitted to stay at our class headquarters. However, other on-campus housing is available. For details about non-reunion-year housing in Low Rise 6, go to the university Reunion website. Pre-registration is not necessary for non-reunion-year housing.

Parking and Transportation
Parking on North Campus lawns is prohibited. You are encouraged to drop off your luggage at RPCC (lower level) and then park your vehicle in a nearby-designated lot. A map of the campus and the surrounding area can be found on the university Reunion website.
Once you arrive on campus, it will not be necessary to drive to events. Three Reunion shuttle buses will be running continuously each day from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. throughout the weekend.
Consistent with the university's commitment to diversity and inclusiveness, our goal is to provide an accessible and welcoming environment for all alumni and guests. Reunion attendees with mobility impairments should contact Alumni Affairs to make arrangements in advance for building accessibility, parking, and transportation assistance throughout the weekend. A van equipped to carry a wheelchair will be available upon request.
