Class of '79 On-Line Headquarters
Each Cornell undergraduate class has a class officer structure to plan and execute 5-year reunions, undertake class projects, maintain
connections with classmates between reunions, and to help raise funds to support the University. Officers fulfill specific roles
for 5-year terms and are elected by classmates during reunion.
Our class officers have been particularly energetic about reaching out
to the class, and established one of the first websites of any alumni class. Now we are expanding the site to be an interactive
tool to increase linkages among the Class of '79 and Cornell.
Use the highlighted items on the side column
of this page to handle the following:
- submit news for class correspondence
- stay on the class e-mail list, as your e-mail address
changes
- help locate classmates with whom Cornell has lost touch
- obtain contact information from Cornell's online
directory
- give your ideas to the class officers
