A Message from the Chair

On behalf of Cornell’s Board of Trustees, I am pleased to invite you to Cornell Mosaic@DC, on Saturday, January 30, 2010. This conference continues an important conversation on celebrating diversity and advancing inclusion that began in spring 2005 at Cornell Mosaic, a landmark conference for Cornell’s Asian and Asian American, African American, Latino, and Native American alumni, faculty, students, and staff.  Cornell Mosaic@DC is part of an ongoing series of regional conferences held since 2006:  New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Boston.  Mosaic@DC will feature a presentation by a distinguished faculty member, a panel of notable alumni, and many opportunities for networking.  It’s an afternoon you won’t want to miss. So please join us on January 30 at the Wardman Park Hotel, in Washington, D.C.

And stay tuned for up-to-date information about the Cornell Alumni Leadership Conference (CALC), which is taking place in Washington January 29-31, at the Wardman Park Hotel. You’ll have the option to combine Mosaic@DC with other alumni events, making it a “Big Red” weekend.
