Emergencies and Cornell Police

To report an emergency situation requiring immediate police, fire, or medical response to preserve life or property, call 911 on any phone in Tompkins County. A Blue Light or other campus emergency phone can also be used. Cellular and pay phone users should call 255-1111.

Parking

Visitors arriving on Friday should stop at one of the four information booths located at the main entrances to campus to purchase permits for the Hoy Road parking garage and Campus C-lot parking areas. Half day permits are available for $6, and full-day permits are $10. Saturday parking passes may be purchased through Cornell Athletics at the entrance to the Hoy Road parking garage for $5 and C-lot parking areas for $10. Parking permits are not required on Sunday, but parking signs must be observed at all times. For more information, contact Transportation Services at 607-255- 4600.
