The Ivy Society is the first Cornell giving club created specifically for young alumni. Established in 1997, the Ivy Society has grown every year, and last year had over 700 members.
All young alumni within ten years of their graduation (including those in their 10th reunion year) who make an annual gift of $250 or more are recognized as members. Realizing the significant investment that a $250 gift represents to young alumni, the Board of Trustees established the Ivy Society to recognize this outstanding commitment to Cornell. Members of the Ivy Society are Cornellians who have taken the lead among their generation to maintain Cornell's tradition of academic excellence, research, and public service. In addition to the Ivy Society, Young Alumni Giving Society membership levels are as follows:
- Charter Society ($500-999)
- Quadrangle Club ($1,000-2,499)
- Tower Club ($2,500 and up)
