Katherine Houng!
Kathy had a fantastic week with some great overall stats that really stood out, including zero refusals, 3 matching gifts, and a 50% credit card rate! Kathy is an enthusiastic returning caller and, of course, is always a joy to have in the calling room. Remember to congratulate Kathy!

Just for Fun

Tips from the Management Team

Some tips from our experienced Management Team members to help make your Annual Fund experience the best that it can be!

Cesar Rufo '09 : Smile don't frown! Alumni can feel your enthusiasm, and it's also contagious to others in the calling room!

Sarah Snider '08 : Calling is not as fun on an empty stomach L There is a microwave downstairs that you can use during break, so feel free to bring your food! And for those that need to trek back to North Campus, the 92 bus stops in front of Anabelle Taylor at 10:22pm and takes you straight to RPCC! Getting home isn't so bad after all J

Krystina Jackson '10 : Always say thank you and make alumni feel appreciated! Above all, never give up, never surrender!

Lauren Dachille '10 : Think of your job as a fun hobby! After all, how many people can say they get to talk on the phones and get paid for it!

Shylene Mata Grad '08 : Not only are you getting paid to talk on the phones, but you get to meet dozens of other students too! Take the time to meet your fellow callers! Learn from each other and make some new friends.
