maintains the most comprehensive information about all types of foundations
in the US. They maintain a useful and up-to-date site with many useful
links. Includes information from their directories, news, and an online
library.

Finder will search by name for basic information about foundations
within the universe of more than 70,000 private and community foundations
in the U.S.
- Web Pages of the Foundations
- Many foundations maintain their own home pages. These are
now the best and most current sources of information available. You
can search for these individually, or you can access many of them
through The Foundation Center.
- The Foundation Center also posts worksheets to use while doing prospect research.
