Mr. Douglas was a co-founder of AT&T Ventures, a venture capital firm working in affiliation with AT&T Corporation, and has served as a General Partner since January 1993. From December 1999 to October 2003, he served as a Managing General Partner of Spectrum Equity Investors, L.P., a venture capital firm investing exclusively in the communications industry. From May 1989 to January 1993, Mr. Douglas was a partner of New Enterprise Associates, a venture capital firm. Prior to this, he was a member of the technical staff at Bell Laboratories. Mr. Douglas holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles.
