for membership on the Cornell University Council term beginning July 1, 2010

As a current Council member and ambassador for Cornell, we would appreciate your assistance in the identification and nomination of other Cornell leaders. Click here for the necessary criteria.

Download 2010 Cornell University Council Nomination Form Save the form to your computer, and then enter the following information:

• Candidate's name
• Candidate's address
• Candidate's degree information
• Please answer the questions on the form to clarify how candidate meets criteria.

You may submit the form at any time until the deadline, which is the Saturday of Trustee Council Annual Meeting. Please fax it to 607-254-7139, or use U.S. mail. Forms not received by Saturday, October 24, 2009 will be held for the following year in our rolling membership process.
